Rules and Regulations for all Campers
Check-in: 2pm until
10pm. Day parking is available at Lake Imaging for those who want to
arrive before 2 pm. Special arrangements for early and late arrivals.

Check-out: 12:00 noon. Day
parking at Lake Imaging is available for those who want to ride before
going home.$10 late checkout available by appointment only.

PACK ALL TRASH OUT. (That means you take it home
with you) Dumpsters bring bears. Please do not place campsite trash in
bath house, fire rings, or barn. Plan to keep trash inside
camper/trailer at night.
- All CHILDREN are to be with an adult (18 years or
older) at all times. Children must remain in campsite, unless with
adult. Damage to banks will result in $100 fine. (This includes
bath house areas)
- No DUMPING of tanks (gray or black) except in dump
station. (Sites GZ, 3 and 4 have septic hookups)
- Examination for safe conditions within
campsites, corrals, or stalls is the responsibility of the camper.
- Public display of ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES prohibited.
Music, TV, children, pets, and bright lights to be heard/seen within campsite boundaries
only. Quiet after 10pm. Please place cell phones on vibrate at
all times while in camp.
- CAMPFIRES are allowed within provided rings only.
Firewood must fit within fire ring.Bucket
(provided) of water must be full and beside fire at all times,
refill after
extinguishing. No fires are to be left unattended at any time.
- NO HORSES IN CAMPSITES or tied to trailers at any time. Unload
and load horses at "Whoa" sign. Plan to tack horses in corrals or barn.
$25 fee/horse/day charged if horses are seen tied to trailers at any
time.
- NEGATIVE horse COGGINS verification (current and valid) must
be available for verification upon request. No admission/refunds for
inability to provide verification.
- Horses that chew/crib must wear muzzles or straps while in
stall. DESTRUCTIVE OR DANGEROUS HORSES will be asked to be
removed without refund. Please request stud stall for stallions. No
stallions in corrals.
- ALL LIABILITY for accidents or injury to participants,
animals, automobiles and trailers, either while on, coming from, or
exiting, the premises , is the responsibility of the participant, not
The Ultimate Ride Campground. Shuttle service
does not provide insurance for animals/equipment carried.
